“Kairos” is a Greek word meaning the right or opportune time for action. “ConnectEd” reflects our mission to connect people through education, empathy, integrity and equity. Kairos ConnectEd is a modem for action at the right time to bridge gaps between families, schools, and systems of belonging.
Kairos ConnectEd is an equity-centered consultancy that supports schools, educators, families and communities to create inclusive learning environments. We offer professional training, strategic advice, parent advocacy support, and resources grounded in empathy, justice, and timely intervention—our “kairos” moment.
We work with:
Schools and educational settings (leaders, teachers, support staff)
Parents and carers, especially those navigating SEN, racial equity, and safeguarding concerns
Community organisations and faith groups involved in education and youth support
Equity-centered means we tailor our work to meet the unique needs of diverse communities—recognising that systems are not experienced equally by all. We focus on justice, access, and transformation, especially for marginalised groups such as the Global Majority, neurodiverse learners, and those experiencing structural disadvantages.
Yes. We offer online consultations, workshops, and downloadable tools that can be adapted internationally. In-person services are mainly UK-based but international work can be arranged depending on scope.
Our approach is values-led, and our vision is underpinned by the founders Christian values, however we are experienced in working with both secular and faith-based schools and organisations. Essential to our work is respect and honour for the beliefs and values of the communities we serve.
